We realize there are many questions if you have never had Home Care before.
You can put your information in the "Contact Us" on our home page and we will call you that same day. You can also call our office Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. After hours just leave a message.
Q. I'm not sure how much care or at what level I need? What if I need more or less care after I start? How do I quit service? Is there a contract?
Home Care requires flexibility as the care needed can change daily. With a 24hr notice you can add hours, subtract hours or cease service. We have no contracts and no penalties to cease service or adjust your care giving coverage.
Our care givers can provide service 24/7 and 365 days a year. No extra charge for weekends and holidays.
Our goal is to have caregivers available as soon as you need them. However in most cases it's the next day. We must fit the right Care Giver to your specific care needs that we establish during our Free assessment with you.
When you contact us we will set up an appointment to do a "Free" assessment of your care needs and answer any additional questions or concerns you may have. Most assessments are done the same day you call. (average assessment 30mins)
Our staff is screened by a national known Co. Which includes, but not limited to. Nationwide criminal search, Social Security verification, reference check as well as drug Screening.

In most cases home care is a combination of care. During the Free assessment we can ascertain your specific needs and provide a care giver that fits those needs.
